Various directors work different episodes during the season. There is something new in world of CGI and application in relation to nude scenes. Don't worry. I'm not talking about face morphing which is still at infancy stage. Maggie Grace rear-nudity best illustrates what is termed as CGI-tinkering.
Like I mentioned before, actresses’ refusal to go nude on-cam has much to do with body image issues. And when they finally do perform nude scenes, the usual 'My butt is so lumpy', 'Oh my God! Look at the cellulites' and other grumblings drowns out any chance of more nudity. But CGI has advanced to the stage where it can smooth over the 'scars' and add 'contour' to the ass that the actress backside appears flawless as demonstrated by Maggie's ample derriere.
Because actual nudity is only about a minute or less, CGI-application is gaining popularity because it costs so much less to 'vid-shopped'.
Nearly all the nude scenes in Magic City were digitally manipulated to make them grainy and embossed it with dark hues. They shoot it in normal capture before 'darkening' it during post-productions stage.
The bad news and I was informed of this months ago is the possible introduction of green clip-on for nipples. I'm very much in the dark when it comes to tech jargon but you guys must have heard about green screen or green suit. Olivia Wilde wore a prototype of these green pasty in The Change Up but it seems they're close to perfecting it.
So in the future a female artist can be completely naked but not in the literal way we hoped for. She can attach the green pasties, wear a merkin and voila it'll give the impression she was naked in the final cut.
But there is a slight problem and it's called 'how to shut the bitches up' as evidenced by Olivia Wilde and Jessica Alba during run in to their 'nude' scenes. For example let say Taylor Swift decide to act in R-rated movie with full frontal nudity. She has no trouble with the nudity knowing fully well it will be CGI-fied. She signs the confidentiality agreement to keep the actual truth to herself and relevant party (family and close friends). The whole Swift-dom goes on a shocked frenzy when the movie comes out and few seconds of blatant nudity by the pretty country-pop star becomes the talk of the country. Taylor can afford to be smug in the knowledge she wasn't really naked for first few days but when pressed endlessly during press run and viciously harangued by the conservatives section of the media and fans alike ('Shame on you. My girl looks up to you...'), she will crack like an egg. Taylor will be hysterical begging the producers and studio to annulled the contract and let her to speak out publically about the actual details. In a sense it's a quandary for everyone concerned. The girls will blurt out the truth for varied reasons regardless what actually transpires on the set and in post-productions.
Many A-listers and nudity dodgers will be happy with the latest CGI-anti nudity effects but it screams out the obvious: 'Can you keep a secret?'

Ben and Jen Rode offer women coaching, massage — and G-spot orgasms. It's legal in California
Just over eight minutes after getting onto the table, Becky is crying. “Let your goddess out,” says Ben Rode, the 29-year-old man rubbing down her naked body with oil. “This is your goddess ceremony.” Meanwhile, Ben’s 31-year-old wife, Jen, who is five months pregnant, performs Reiki, floating her hands over Becky’s head and neck, asking questions about a past life as a queen. Swelling, chiming New Age music plays in the background, as the picture-perfect pair let out long, throaty exhalations to prompt Becky to breathe deep.
Most surfaces in this Alameda, Calif., bungalow bear crystals and lit candles. It feels like being in a womb: In the kitchen, a stove is on with the door cracked open and next to the massage table a faux fireplace blazes. After nearly an hour of working her body over, Ben’s hand slide between Becky’s legs and he begins walking her through a guided meditation on her ideal man. “Imagine seeing him for the first time,” he says. “You lock eyes from across the room.” After a lengthy narrative buildup, he says, “His lips gently touch yours. Your knees melt out from under you.” Ben, a tall all-American sort with ice-blue eyes, moves his fingers to her clitoris, ”Let your pleasure spread, down your legs, all the way up to your boobs.” As Becky’s moans deepen, he announces, ”K, I’m going inside.”

While their sessions encompass a host of services — from past-life readings to motivational coaching — there is clearly a sexual component in the literal climax. But unlike a “happy endings” masseur, Ben is licensed in the state of California as a sexological bodyworker. Last year’s release of “The Sessions” starring Helen Hunt and John Hawkes increased pop-culture awareness about the existence of “sexual surrogates,” certified sex therapists who sometimes engage in sexual intercourse with clients — but the realm of sexological bodywork, which in the U.S. is only recognized in the Golden State, is still little known.
The Rodes, who married seven months ago, just a month after meeting, call their particular brand of therapy “explosive sexual healing.” Most of a typical three-hour session, which costs $497, is spent talking to the client about her personal challenges and goals, developing affirmations, and then engaging in full-body massage and Reiki. This all builds to the G-spot orgasm, which they use “as a state of hypnosis or trance,” says Ben, who is also a hypnotherapist. He compares it to “hacking a computer.” As their website explains, “What we’ve noticed is that a woman’s blocks to having a FULL release (1 or 2 steps beyond orgasm), are the same blocks she has to getting what she wants out of life.” They also claim they can cure everything from depression to migraines.
Ben says they limit their services to women because his expertise is in the female body (although they have hopes of Jen getting her sexological bodywork certificate so that they can develop a way to offer couples joint treatment). At 17, he set out to read everything he could about female pleasure. He says his sexual partners started telling him, “This is sexual healing. What are you doing to me?” and he began to think this might be his calling. He completed a two-month program at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco to get his certificate in sexological bodywork and started booking sessions in the evenings after his full-time job as a mailman.
After falling in love with Jen, who was formerly a preschool teacher who offered Reiki, clairvoyance and “intuitive counseling” services on the side, he quit his postman gig and began doing bodywork full-time with his new partner at his side. Jen’s wifely presence seems to neutralize the practice. At the same time, it’s easy to imagine clients worrying, “Is she really OK with this?” But Jen tells me jealousy is simply not an issue — not even on the rare occasions when she can read a client’s mind and tell that she’s thinking naughty thoughts about her husband. (When Jen told me how rare this was, Ben joked about being disappointed.)
Comparisons to sex work are inescapable. Joseph Kramer, founder of the New School of Erotic Touch in Oakland, Calif., estimates that 90 percent of sexological bodywork does not involve genital touching. “We teach people to touch themselves well, to touch their partners,” he says. “We keep our clothes on, the touch is one way. We’re playing with erotic states, but there’s not any interaction.” He allows, though, that “it’s a form of sex work.” The key difference from prostitution, he says, is that “it’s contained.” Kramer explains, “The playground is not our bodies. The playground is your body and I’m here to help you to map out what’s possible with your body. This is foundationally about how you feel your own erotic embodiment.” And referrals are often made from psychotherapists, he says.
In California, the certification is recognized by the Department of Consumer Affairs, but Kramer still advises sexological bodyworkers to first talk to the county clerk, district attorney or police force about what they do. There’s a movement in several other states to recognize sexological bodywork. Kramer says it’s been “much easier” to get the profession recognized in British Columbia, Australia, Switzerland and Germany. This surprises him none: “Some [U.S.] states are still teaching pure abstinence for sex education, even though it’s been proven not to work,” says Kramer, but he remains optimistic. ”I think the actual breakthrough will come when there’s enough data on what we do.”
Kramer compares sexological bodyworkers to Freud and Jung at the turn of the century. “They were starting their psychological investigations and it’s taken 110 years or more to get to this place where psychotherapy is so prevalent,” he says. ”Not too long ago people thought psychotherapy was really weird.”

The Movie Out Here rewrites rules of product placement
UNDATED - Film still from The Movie Out Here, a feature film created and produced by the advertising team for Labatt, starring characters from the Kokanee beer commercials and boasting a restricted rating.
VANCOUVER – Drastic times call for drastic measures, and for beer executives looking for bright fizzy financials in a flat market, the next hit of commercial carbonation could come from a very different kind of can: a film can.
Sidestepping traditional marketing strategies in the never-ending quest for more consumers, brewing giant Labatt – alongside Alliance Film and ad agency Grip Limited – has produced a feature film designed as a brand showcase for Kokanee, the B.C.-based beer brand acquired by the corporate brew king in 1974.
Titled The Movie Out Here, and slated to have its premiere at the Whistler Film Festival Friday, the film “is not a 90-minute beer commercial,” according to Amy Rawlinson, Labatt’s marketing manager for Kokanee.
“Obviously, there has been some press and some PR … but the movie itself has a great plotline about a bunch of buddies who reunite in Fernie, B.C., and kind of go back to their roots.”
Rawlinson says it’s a “feel-good comedy” that talks about life’s priorities and the importance of lasting friendships. It’s also Kokanee’s love letter to the West, which is why the film will premiere at Whistler.
“It pays tribute to the mountains and local communities and residents, and local bars, et cetera, so it really does celebrate that western landscape.” The Whistler premiere lends the film “credibility,” says Rawlinson, which is an issue that can’t be ignored when you’re “trying to spread the word and establish the property” without looking too oily.
She says the brand is integrated into the footage, but the whole point of the exercise from the very beginning was to make a “stand-alone” movie.
Moreover, a stand-alone that would appeal to the target 25-year-old male, the heart of the suds-slurping demographic that continues to fragment in the face of increased competition from hard liquor and wine.
Rawlinson says the industry as a whole is down 12 per cent as a result of the NHL stalemate and bad weather. “It’s a perfect storm,” she says from her Toronto office. “It’s not an optimistic landscape, but you hope come January and the New Year you can start with new ideas and go out guns blazing.”
The Movie Out Here will be one of those guns because it will actually see a theatrical release across western Canada in February, but whether it will shoot a blistering comic bullseye or a pop out a dud remains a question of some concern to the two men who wrote the screenplay and championed the movie cause: David Chiavegato and Richard Pryce-Jones, two ‘partner-creatives’ at Toronto-based Grip Limited.
“I admit it was quite an ambitious venture. And you have to credit Labatt for having the courage to move forward on this,” says Chiavegato. “It’s a leap of faith, because breaking new ground.”
If the movie works, it could be the beginning of a whole new Franken-era in film financing, where creative heads are sewn into packaged goods bodies. No party is going on the record about budget or any financial particulars, but for the film to be considered any brand of cinematic success, people will have to see it.
Both Chiavegato and Pryce-Jones are confident they nailed the heart of the western experience, and The Movie Out Here will appeal to those of us who live here. Though now based in Toronto, both say they spent plenty of time in the west and drank lots of Kokanee – in large part during the filming of the Ranger vs. Sasquatch campaign.
The cast from the campaign – including Ranger, Sasquatch and “The Glacier Girls” – will return for the movie for one good reason: people seem to like them.
Pryce-Jones says ever since they launched the Ranger ads a decade ago, they’ve proven exceptionally popular with the public. He points to the “Ranger Live or Die” campaign from a few years back, where they solicited the general public’s input on the character’s survival.
More than 500,000 votes were cast over the course of the promotion, and every ancillary tie-in – including election packs and lawn signs – were gone within days.
“There’s a social aspect to this,” says Pryce-Jones, who cites the virtual participation of many Kokanee drinkers during the creation of the film. The filmmakers asked for input regarding the soundtrack, the bands and locations, as well as everyone’s favourite bars and B.C.-branded props.
“Thanks to social media… we can have a conversation with the consumer that you couldn’t have ten years ago. I think that’s a big part of it,” says Pryce-Jones.
Chiavegato says they never felt hampered in any way over the course of creation. If anything, the brewery was desperate to avoid looking too mercenary in its mission to gain more Kokanee drinkers.
“Frankly, the movie is kind of risqué in some places,” says Pryce-Jones, who says he and Chiavegato got carte blanche on the brand-bible side to make sure the film was entertaining and appealing to a youthful male audience.
Proof of Grip’s creative control is the fact the film will carry a “Restricted” rating, which in British Columbia means an “adult motion picture” and may contain “explicit sexual scenes,” violence, coarse language, nudity or any combination of them.

The real risk is not trying new approaches in the ever-changing entertainment landscape. “I think the Internet has shown us the way. Consumers will look at a lot of different things… which means it’s harder to reach them. Look at the guy who jumped from space sponsored by Red Bull. It got more hits than any other broadcast,” he says.
Movies are going to change, and The Movie Out Here could be the first in a new hybrid genre.
“The U.S. is looking to us,” says Segal. “The big fear is that if this works, every movie will have to conform to the desires of packaged goods… But I don’t think we’ll ever see a Gus Van Sant movie sponsored by Coke.”
Not yet, at any rate. But you never know, because as Chiavegato and Pryce-Jones make clear, in the ad game, there is no such thing as bad press: If people are talking about your product, it’s a win-win even if you tank critically.
“People notice if you are first, and if you find an innovative way to talk to consumers, the result is you get more people talking – whether it’s social media or word-of-mouth. We’ll get more coverage from a PR perspective, and once it’s in the theatre and you can see it with friends, it just becomes a different way to connect with consumers.”
The Movie Out Here will have its world premiere at the Whistler Film Festival Friday.
Sidestepping traditional marketing strategies in the never-ending quest for more consumers, brewing giant Labatt – alongside Alliance Film and ad agency Grip Limited – has produced a feature film designed as a brand showcase for Kokanee, the B.C.-based beer brand acquired by the corporate brew king in 1974.
Titled The Movie Out Here, and slated to have its premiere at the Whistler Film Festival Friday, the film “is not a 90-minute beer commercial,” according to Amy Rawlinson, Labatt’s marketing manager for Kokanee.
“Obviously, there has been some press and some PR … but the movie itself has a great plotline about a bunch of buddies who reunite in Fernie, B.C., and kind of go back to their roots.”
Rawlinson says it’s a “feel-good comedy” that talks about life’s priorities and the importance of lasting friendships. It’s also Kokanee’s love letter to the West, which is why the film will premiere at Whistler.
“It pays tribute to the mountains and local communities and residents, and local bars, et cetera, so it really does celebrate that western landscape.” The Whistler premiere lends the film “credibility,” says Rawlinson, which is an issue that can’t be ignored when you’re “trying to spread the word and establish the property” without looking too oily.
She says the brand is integrated into the footage, but the whole point of the exercise from the very beginning was to make a “stand-alone” movie.
Moreover, a stand-alone that would appeal to the target 25-year-old male, the heart of the suds-slurping demographic that continues to fragment in the face of increased competition from hard liquor and wine.
Rawlinson says the industry as a whole is down 12 per cent as a result of the NHL stalemate and bad weather. “It’s a perfect storm,” she says from her Toronto office. “It’s not an optimistic landscape, but you hope come January and the New Year you can start with new ideas and go out guns blazing.”
The Movie Out Here will be one of those guns because it will actually see a theatrical release across western Canada in February, but whether it will shoot a blistering comic bullseye or a pop out a dud remains a question of some concern to the two men who wrote the screenplay and championed the movie cause: David Chiavegato and Richard Pryce-Jones, two ‘partner-creatives’ at Toronto-based Grip Limited.
“I admit it was quite an ambitious venture. And you have to credit Labatt for having the courage to move forward on this,” says Chiavegato. “It’s a leap of faith, because breaking new ground.”
If the movie works, it could be the beginning of a whole new Franken-era in film financing, where creative heads are sewn into packaged goods bodies. No party is going on the record about budget or any financial particulars, but for the film to be considered any brand of cinematic success, people will have to see it.
Both Chiavegato and Pryce-Jones are confident they nailed the heart of the western experience, and The Movie Out Here will appeal to those of us who live here. Though now based in Toronto, both say they spent plenty of time in the west and drank lots of Kokanee – in large part during the filming of the Ranger vs. Sasquatch campaign.
The cast from the campaign – including Ranger, Sasquatch and “The Glacier Girls” – will return for the movie for one good reason: people seem to like them.
Pryce-Jones says ever since they launched the Ranger ads a decade ago, they’ve proven exceptionally popular with the public. He points to the “Ranger Live or Die” campaign from a few years back, where they solicited the general public’s input on the character’s survival.
More than 500,000 votes were cast over the course of the promotion, and every ancillary tie-in – including election packs and lawn signs – were gone within days.
“There’s a social aspect to this,” says Pryce-Jones, who cites the virtual participation of many Kokanee drinkers during the creation of the film. The filmmakers asked for input regarding the soundtrack, the bands and locations, as well as everyone’s favourite bars and B.C.-branded props.
“Thanks to social media… we can have a conversation with the consumer that you couldn’t have ten years ago. I think that’s a big part of it,” says Pryce-Jones.
Chiavegato says they never felt hampered in any way over the course of creation. If anything, the brewery was desperate to avoid looking too mercenary in its mission to gain more Kokanee drinkers.
“Frankly, the movie is kind of risqué in some places,” says Pryce-Jones, who says he and Chiavegato got carte blanche on the brand-bible side to make sure the film was entertaining and appealing to a youthful male audience.
Proof of Grip’s creative control is the fact the film will carry a “Restricted” rating, which in British Columbia means an “adult motion picture” and may contain “explicit sexual scenes,” violence, coarse language, nudity or any combination of them.

10 Deeply Disturbing Sex Scenes We Wish We Could Unsee

Sex: it can liven up a movie when things get boring. It can make a movie silly (like the splishy splashy pool antics in Showgirls). It can occasionally add to the plot. It can make a movie tiresome if handled wrongly. And sometimes, it can actually make the viewer think. The sex scenes on this list have been chosen for their power to disturb. There is a streak of malevolence about them that will have you squirming in your seat, wishing that you could erase the scenes from your eyeballs forever.
So, without further ado, here they are…

10. Last Tango In Paris (1972)
Tortured (as per usual), middle-aged American expat Marlon Brando begins a doomed anonymous love affair with young French nymphet Maria Schneider against the backdrop of a Parisian apartment.
Of course, it is the infamous butter and backdoor shenanigans that is the disturbing scene we wish we could unsee. Rear entry and dairy products? There’s just no need for it. No wonder the critics and the censors of the day got their knickers in a collective knot!
And to add further disturbing controversy to the scene, Bertolucci has stated that the film was based on his deepest sexual fantasies. He was given a four month suspended sentence in his native Italy for the depiction of his perverted whims. Both Maria Schneider and Marlon Brando went on record to say that they felt raped and controlled by Bertolucci during the filming of Last Tango.
What really offends me about the whole affair is that Brando is supposedly able to perform the act without lowering his trousers. It requires the suspension of disbelief (well my disbelief) and makes me wonder about the mechanics of it all which is not something I particularly wish to dwell on but can’t stop myself from doing so. Urgh.
9. Crash (1996)
I am a huge J.G. Ballard fan. I have read plenty of his books, but Crash and its subsequent film adaptation remain something of an enigma to me. I know that there are a great deal of sexual perversions out there, and people get their rocks off in many ways, but car crashes? This has to be one of the most unerotic perversions I have seen depicted on the screen. It’s just disgusting. Especially when you consider how many lives are claimed by the roads and how much misery this brings.
To watch David Duchovny sexually penetrate the wound on Rosanna Arquette’s leg is one of the great gross out-sex scenes of modern cinema. I’m sure it had many of the viewers of this film squirming in their seats in disgust. Albeit, the film did come from body horror king David Cronenberg, so we should have expected something kinky. But fetishising car crash wounds? Offensive and a difficult image to purge from one’s mind. (Although I still think both Ballard and Cronenberg are geniuses)
8. Deliverance (1972)
Deliverance is a mainstream Hollywood all boys adventure movie that goes horribly awry whenever the men get on the wrong side of the local hicks with disastrous results. This is a local sticks for local people!
Drew (Ronny Cox) has some degree of success with the locals: he engages the freakiest looking inbred boy in a medley of Duelling Banjos. Bobby (Ned Beatty) on the other hand, has a rather poor time of it – accused by the locals of accusing them of making moonshine (we’ll have no trouble here!), poor Bobby gets raped by the hillbillies. As if this wasn’t the worst thing that could happen, the rapists exhort Bobby to squeal like a pig.
This scene is definitely a disturbing one we wish we could unsee. Who wants to watch a sweaty, fat, middle aged man get gang raped by a bunch of toothless inbred morons whilst sounding like Babe on his way to the Slaughter House? I included Deliverance in the list to show that men can be involved as victims in sexually deviant rape scenes we wish we could forget as well as women.
7. I Spit On Your Grave (1978)
Now you are probably all thinking that I am going to write at length about Jennifer (Camille Keaton) being gang raped and sodomised by a gang of upstate New York hicks. These scenes are indeed virtually unbearable to watch and have scarred many minds over the years. However, I didn’t want to focus solely on rape scenes on this list, however reprehensible they may be, I wanted to represent a broad spectrum of sexual acts.
After Jennifer has been renewed following the rape, she sets out on a path of revenge and boy does she dish it out cold. After dispatching of the retarded Matthew by hanging, Jennifer lures group ring leader Johnny back to her house and they partake in an erotic bath.
Our heroine manually stimulates the baddie and he is too wrapped up in pleasure to see that she is sneaking a bloody big knife into the bath. Snip. And she coolly leaves the bath, goes downstairs, sits in her rocking chair whilst listening to classical music and staring stonily ahead. Upstairs we hear Johnny bleeding to death – his agonised pleas for help and the bathroom that resembles a slaughterhouse. Slowly they fade away….
I bet any man with a pair of knackers wishes they could unsee this scene. I am a woman and my sympathetic knackers were in excruciating agony watching Johnny’s balls get cut off – and he is a baddie! This has to be the most disturbing castration scene in the history of cinema which makes it a great disturbing sex scene we wish we could unsee.
6. Irreversible (2002)
Irreversible is, in basic terms, a rape revenge movie in reverse. So we start off with the brutal murder of a man in a gay club presumed to be Le Tenia (The Tape Worm) by a man named Pierre who bashes a man to death with a fire extinguisher. He is accompanied by his friend Marcus who nearly gets gang raped.
Le Tenia, as we find out from future flashbacks is a homosexual, sick sex freak who sexually attacked Marcus’ girlfriend Alex in a subway for no discernible reason other than she saw him beating up a transexual prostitute
Sexually attacked is a rather mild way to describe the assault upon Alex by le Tenia. In this sex scene we wish we could unsee, Alex is brutally anally raped, verbally humiliated, beaten and kicked into a coma. It is a pretty protracted scene and every thing is made all the worse when we flashback to earlier scenes from that day – Alex had just found out she was pregnant.
The sheer randomness of the brutal rape makes it disturbing and virtually unwatchable. When you compare the happiness of the day to the sleazy, underbelly world of the night, Alex’s rape scene is a bridge between the two – the tragedy is too much for the viewer to bear.
5. Antichrist (2009)
Antichrist is a harrowing psychodrama starring Charlotte Gainsbourg and Willem Defoe as grieving parents of a son who died in tragic circumstances. The film follows the mother’s incessant grief and subsequent madness and the father’s inability to help her as they descend into a pit of horror.
It is the opening sex scene which is the disturbing one we wish we could unsee. Lyrically filmed in black and white slow motion, Charlotte and Willem get down to some serious lovemaking whilst their beautiful blond haired young son absconds from his cot.
He pushes a chair to an open window where the snow is coming in and falls to his death as point of orgasm is reached. Von Trier even treats us to the sight of the child hitting the ground in slow motion, poignantly accompanied by a teddy bear. There are hard core inserts and the contrast between a child’s innocence and the adult business of sex is jarring. The music – Handel’s Rinaldo – turns the sequence into high art and from the moment the scene starts we know it will end in tragedy.
It’s all so painfully beautiful we want to wipe every trace of it from our eyes.
4. Straw Dogs (1971)
Wildly controversial in its day, and with the ability to still pack a punch on our screens in the 21st century, Maestro of Carnage – Sam Peckinpah’s home invasion movie includes an upsetting, disturbing rape scene that many wish they could erase from their memories.
This is of course the rape of mild mannered David Sumner’s (Dustin Hoffman) wife Amy (played by Susan George) by village yokels in a small Cornish town where the couple have come for David’s academic pursuits and to escape the American college riots. However, they run into trouble big time in Cornwall. They are menaced by the jealous natives and the situation culminates in the violent gang rape of Amy.
The rape is merciless and protracted and raises many issues about the portrayal of violence against women in cinema. But what really got critics, the censors and the viewing public going was the fact that this was no ordinary rape where the woman is defiled and traumatised. No. Amy appears to begin to enjoy the assault half way through.
As a woman I am making a stand. I personally find this I’m Enjoying Being Raped scene highly offensive and dangerous. It is encouragement to perverts out there and advocates of the She Was Asking For it/She Enjoyed it Really theory. Peckinpah is effectively condoning violence against women and for this sake, the She-liked-it-really rape scene in Straw Dogs is one we wish we could unsee.
3. Ma Mere (2004)
This is a pretty ripe little French movie which deals with the subjects of extreme sexual perversion and incest.
The film studies the complex relationship between the innocent son Pierre and how he is led into sexual depravity by his libertine mother Helene. There are a lot of pretty objectionable sex scenes in this film but the story leads up to Helene initiating sex play with Pierre. She takes him down to the cellar and he masturbates over her as she slits her own throat.
Is this the scene we wish we could unsee? Close but no banana…. There is worse to come. Pierre goes to the mortuary to see his mother’s body and upon viewing her lifeless corpse, whips out his manhood, starts jacking himself off, shrieking ‘I don’t want to die!’. This is our money shot. Masturbating over your dead mother. Ick. And transposing it with the fear of death. Double ick. Highly transgressive to the nth degree and once you watch it, you will wish you could bleach your eyeballs and totally unsee the whole disturbing spectacle forever.
2. Acid House (1998)
This film was scripted by Irvine (Trainspotting) Welsh from his book of the same name. It is a trilogy of torpid tales set in Scotland involving drugs, sex and lowlifes. The part we are interested in is called The Granton Star Cause.
Over the space of a day, a young lad from Leith called Boab, gets kicked out of his home by his parents, dumped by his girlfriend, let go by his football team and is arrested and beaten by the cops. Sound like the day from hell? He walks into a pub where he meets God who is sitting nursing a pint. God shows his great kindness by turning Boab into a fly on the basis that he has wasted his life.
In fly form, he heads over to his parent’s house and this is one scene where you really don’t want to be a fly on the wall! His mother is taking his dad from behind with a strap on dildo whilst murmuring profanities. Just think about it. Imagine walking in on the same situation – their naked saggy middle aged flesh a quiver with pleasure…
I nearly threw up when I watched this scene especially when she threatened to poop in his mouth! But he was saved by a phone call from their daughter – phew! One wonders how much of this stuff goes on behind closed doors? Actually I would rather not know. Ugh. This scene I wish I could rewind from my mind and hit the erase button. As a coda, Boab’s mother squashes him to death with a newspaper. Insult to injury!
1. A Serbian Film (2010)
A Serbian Film was the startling debut by a Serbian film director – Spasojevic – who was a bit miffed with his native land. With the reign of Milosevic and the Kosovan War I guess he had a lot to be angry with. And thus we have A Serbian Film. Possibly the most censored and debated extreme film of recent years, gorehounds and lovers of perverted cinema usually lap up this tale of a down at heel ex-Hard Core Porn star’s return to his profession like it is the sweetest of all milks.
I, personally, am indifferent to this film – it’s a lot of Sturm und Drang but ultimately leaves me cold.
The disturbing sex scene that most people wish that they could unsee (and a lot of people who watch A Serbian Film wish they could unsee the whole film) in this film is the New Born Porn scene where Vukmir, the independent pornographer who Milos – the protagonist – is working for, shows Milos a video tape of a woman giving birth to a baby which is then raped by his driver Rasa. Of course this is highly objectionable material. I can’t think of a single person who would be rewinding this scene time and time again. It is harrowing in the extreme and you instantly wish you could forget it.
The rest of the film continues in a similarly ugly vein with further hints of paedophilia, sodomy, rape and necrophilia. It really is an embarrassment of riches in the perversion stakes – so much so that it just overwhelms the viewer’s senses and you become totally numb to the mayhem. And as for New Born Porn – do we honestly really need that in the lexicon of cinema?

Ex-beauty queen Ris Low denies being woman in 'intimate' bedroom pictures

SINGAPORE - Dethroned local beauty queen Ris Low is in the news for controversial reasons again.
The 23-year-old, who first made headlines in 2009 for her famous "boomz" catchphrase and credit-card fraud conviction, is embroiled in a bedroom photo scandal of sorts.
Earlier this week, two photos showing a woman and a bespectacled man in intimate poses were uploaded on Low's Facebook wall by local businessman Fred Chua, 37, who had tagged Low in the pictures and written "ris low and me" as captions.
Both photographs were self-taken, and show the duo from their bare shoulders up with their faces pressed close together.
When The New Paper quizzed Low about the photos and her relationship with Mr Chua on Wednesday, she firmly denied being the woman in question.
"It's not me, she doesn't look like me at all, it's an impostor," she said adamantly.
"I really pity the girl, I wonder how she feels.
"There are so many pictures (of women) on the Internet, especially on China websites, that look like me. I have a common face."
She also said she did not feel a need to take the pictures off her Facebook wall as she "doesn't understand what's the big hoo-ha over these pictures".
Low, who is working at her parents' renovation company, insisted she does not know Mr Chua well.
She's better acquainted with Mr Chua's 34-year-old brother, who she got to know when she was 17, Low said.
"My only communication with (Mr Chua) is via Facebook messaging," she said, adding that they are Facebook friends because she is "not very careful" when it comes to adding online acquaintances.
Owed money
"His brother owes me $4,000 from when we were 18 and I've sent him (Mr Chua) two messages to get his brother to return the money as soon as possible."
She said she did not ask the brother what the money was for then, as she was aware that "people usually have their own sensitive reasons for borrowing money".
Mr Chua's brother has not returned a single cent to her, Low claimed.
He is uncontactable and they do not have mutual friends, so she has no other option but to go through MrChua.
As it turns out, money was the reason Mr Chua, who sells curtains and blinds, uploaded the two bedroom photos in the first place.
"I wanted to stop her from pestering me," he told The New Paper when we contacted him over the phone.
His mobile number is printed on his Facebook profile page.
"She keeps bugging me about wanting her money back. It's like, come on lah, she owes me money too, but I don't keep pestering her, right?"
He added: "I volunteered to pay for my brother, but Ris didn't accept it. She wanted my brother to pay her back directly."
Mr Chua dissed Low's denial of being the woman in the photos as "nonsense".
"You can get a photo specialist to verify their authenticity," he snapped.
He claimed he and Low dated for a year in 2009 and the photos were taken "just months" after she was stripped of her Miss Singapore World title due to her fraud conviction.
After some probing, he went on to claim that the photos were shot while they were "in bed" and Low was "wearing nothing" then.
"We kept our relationship secret as I'm much older than her," said Mr Chua, who is a divorcee.
He was already divorced when he started dating Low, he stressed.
More explicit photos
He claimed to have "more explicit photos" in his mobile phone, but said he has "no intention" of posting those as "it would affect my reputation too".
Mr Chua declined to show us the pictures when we asked him.
So how would posting those two pictures stop her from pestering him?
Mr Chua said: "Hopefully she'd get the idea and stop."
When we told him that Low had told TNP in a previous interview that she was a virgin until 2010, he exclaimed: "Nonsense. During our relationship, we've checked into hotels several times..."
Low said it was "ridiculous" that Mr Chua was making all these claims about their relationship and her personal life.
"My friends have suggested that I take legal action against him. I've thought about it too, but my dad feels it'll be a waste of money," she said.
"He can roll out the explicit pictures if he wants to, I'm not scared. I might just wait and see what happens. Anyway, this guy is giving me free additional publicity!"
But the photos are the last thing on her mind these days.
Earlier this month, she battled a severe bout of depression. She said that she didn't know what could have triggered it.
"I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2009, but I've never had depression till now."
Low said she has been seeing a psychiatrist regularly since 2009 and is "feeling better now" after being prescribed anti-depressants and "anti-psychotic pills".
According to her doctor, said Low, her depression was likely caused by her recent break-up and also her hectic filming schedule, she said.
She called it quits with her 34-year-old property agent boyfriend after 21/2 years together due to differences over his career path.
From September to December, she was filming in Johor and Desaru for new local slasher flick Justice Devil, slated for release after Chinese New Year.
Low, who is single, plays an assassin in the movie and said that almost all her scenes were "extremely physical".
It marks her first leading role in a movie. She had a cameo in local director Wee Li Lin's 2011 film, Forever.
"I had to hold chainsaws and hammers," she recalled.
"But all in all, acting was fun! I also don't feel that my depression was due to relationship problems because my most recent split was amicable."
Psychiatrists: Bipolar patients can lose touch with reality
Could bipolar sufferer Ris Low have subconsciously erased memories of a romantic relationship with businessman Fred Chua? Psychiatrists The New Paper spoke to said that there are instances when patients "lose touch with reality".
"Sometimes, bipolar patients re-interpret things in their own way," said Dr Munidasa Winslow, a senior consultant psychiatrist at Novena Medical Centre.
Bipolar patients go through two phases, the "high" and "low" phase, explained Dr Brian Yeo, a consultant psychiatrist at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre.
"When patients are in their 'high' phase, they are in a euphoric mood. They tend to think fast and say a lot of things that might not be totally accurate."
During the "low" phase, patients can "sink quite low" in their depression, said Dr Winslow.

Another defector said in the North, women with large breasts try to hide them. She was amazed that large breasts—something about which to be ashamed in the North—were considered a condition of beauty in the South.
