Nandana Sen was born on 19 August, 1967. She is a Indian actress, known for her work in Bollywood. Her father is Nobel Prize winning economist Amartya Sen and mother is Bengali writer Nabanita Dev Sen. She was born in Calcutta. Sen started her career with the movie The Doll. In 2008 she appeared in the British television series Sharpe, in the episode Sharpe's Peril.
